Bramble
FAQ

Questions, answered

The things people ask most about how Bramble handles your accounts, your data, and your subscription.

Is my data safe?
Bank connections are read-only and handled by Stripe Financial Connections, so we never see or store your banking login. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted with row-level security and least-privilege controls. See the Security page for details.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell or rent your personal or financial data, and we don't share it for advertising. Bramble is funded by subscriptions.
Can Bramble move my money?
No. Access is read-only. Bramble can see balances and transactions to build your view. It can't make payments or transfers — there is no feature to do so.
Which banks are supported?
Most major US banks and credit unions, through Stripe Financial Connections. Bramble is US-only at launch and connects checking, savings, credit card, and loan accounts where your institution supports it.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, so you cancel there: open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Bramble, and cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Is this financial advice?
No. Bramble is a read-only tracker and education tool. Its content is general education, not individualized investment, tax, or legal advice, and Bramble is not your financial advisor. For advice about your situation, talk to a qualified professional.
