1. What this covers

“Cookies” are small text files a website can store on your device. “Local storage” is a similar browser mechanism for saving small preferences. This Policy covers the Bramble marketing website. It does not cover the Bramble mobile app, which is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. What the site uses today

The website is intentionally lightweight. Today it uses only the following, all strictly functional:

• Theme preference (local storage): a single value named bramble-theme remembers whether you chose light or dark mode, so the site loads in your preferred appearance. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
• Self-hosted fonts: our typeface (Hanken Grotesk) is served from our own domain. It does not set cookies and makes no third-party request.

3. No tracking or advertising cookies

The website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party marketing pixels, and it does not currently load a third-party analytics tool. We do not sell or share information about your browsing for advertising.

4. How to control cookies & storage

You are always in control:

• You can clear the theme preference by clearing your browser's site data for onbramble.com; the site will simply fall back to your system theme.
• Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies and local storage. Note that blocking storage means the site cannot remember your theme choice.

5. If we add analytics later

If we introduce privacy-respecting analytics or any non-essential storage in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, present a clear cookie/consent notice so you can accept or decline before any such cookies are set. We will not enable non-essential tracking without a lawful basis.
